From a Place of Love is a collection of poetry and reflections from 2018-2021 written by Jayda Shuavarnnasri. In attempts to heal from heart break after heart break, she found herself asking deeply personal questions about love.
"How do we know we're in love?"
"Does love have to last forever?"
"Is it possible to love someone you just met?"
"Who teaches us how to love?"
The only thing she understood was that love was this elusive concept we all yearned for, but couldn't quite figure out. The times she thought she loved also brought many moments of pain and confusion.
For a while, writing from a place of pain and confusion was no longer enough. All of us, are in relationship to something or someone and once we begin seeing the beauty of our collective experiences, it then becomes possible to write from a place of love.
